Ingredients
1 lb broccoli
3 1/2 oz. butter
salt and pepper
5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Or, even better, set your broiler on high.
2 Divide the broccoli into florets and boil in lightly salted water for a few minutes. Make sure the broccoli retains it's chewy texture and fresh green color.
